The rangers stopped traffic so a few wolves could cross the road in Lamar Valley. This one took a liking to the road cone and decided to nom on it for a few minutes.

  • When and where was this footage taken? I know you say it's in the Lamar Valley, but do you know the pullout name?

    Thanks!

  • @ccsquishy sorry I don't know. There were a lot of people at two separate pullouts. you could see the other group and a ranger (I think) with a "Wolf Project" vest was there.

  • great, now the wolves aren't just decimating the Yellowstone elk population they're stealing government property.

  • Reminds me of my domestic dog, chewing on his Kong toy. Same DNA! Nice to know the wolves have a sense of fun.

  • Great video.

    Thank you for posting it.

  • just awesome! Very funny

  • My dog would've done the same thing.
