  • Dude you are AMAZING. I am currently trying to workout and get strong like you, but its a very difficult process. After years of bad diet and low activity I gained alot of weight. Well I am turning it around, already down 40 lbs and got another 60 to go. Then I cant wait to start getting ripped like you =) This video is so motivating, definitely 5/5 and will be watching it for tips and more motivation! Keep rocking man!
