We return to Asgard with the (baby) winged dragon, but the plan kinda fails terribly so we are forced to come up with something else.

She does if you put her in the active party. To do so you need her to move her to one of the top four slots in the menu.

Wyverns aren't dragons are they? I don't think there's an evolution path for the wyvern to evolve into a dragon.
