Chinese foods are thought to be healthier because they contain mostly vegetables. These meals are often low in fat, but also consider that Chinese recipes employ a LOT of salt, and while salt may not make you huge, it's still not that good for you.
However, since your recipe doesn't really use soy or a whole bunch of salty things, this version is actually pretty healthy.
And forgive my brazen comment, but you sir are very handsome. A handsome nerd who can cook - you've got my attention.

healthy foods make you gain or keep a steady weight.
if your wanting to loose weight, chinese food may not be what you want.
