Every time I watch this video I feel your heart. Dan you are awesome. I have decided to do the fasting for 8 days just to jump start my detoxing and I just purchased a juicer. I am so excited; I will begin the journey to a healthier way of living on the 9th day of my healthier living life-style with juicing. I am no longer eating processed foods or meats. I last weighed in at 289 lbs.; congestive heart failure, high blood pressure and diabetes have plagued my life for far too long. No More!
