Not this song. The original French song is "Comme d'habitude". Saying Claude François performed the original "My Way" is like saying the slaves originally performed "Blowin' in the Wind". The slaves performed "No More Auction Block", not "Blowin' in the Wind". I'm all for acknowledging the roots of a song, but the original is a separate song from the later adaptation.
