Let's Play Batman (Part 5) - Gotham Cathedal (B) & The Joker

This is it! It all boils down to a one-on-one battle with the Joker on top of the Gotham Cathedral! Who will win!?

Originally, I thought it was the Joker's gun doing big damage, but did you see what his ground wave did? Four whole units of damage! That's actually enough to kill you instantly on a respawn. Good thing I had batarangs. :D

I really liked your batman series, i think they were really fun vids!

I used an emulator for this one. I own an actual copy of the game, but I thought emulation would be easier since I have no way of recording TV footage at the moment.

i always loved this game and Spiderman vs Kingpin for Genesis best of all superhero games.

The hand wave pulse weapon is probably from his hand buzzer as we know in the motion picture he assumed all control of crime in Gotham City by killing one of the crime bosses with an electrified hand buzzer.

The items actually respawn in all stages, but you can't go back in horizontal parts of a level, but you can in vertical parts. There is one part from the museum where you have to go up with all those moving spikes. Now, at the bottom you can get a life, and at the top there is an enemy with a heart above him, now, if you just jump up to the same level as that enemy, and just go down again, the life will be respawned. I actually always used this trick to get myself a good life total :D

You can leave the screen with batarangs on it for a few seconds and then return to it and it'll respawn. You can repeat that as much as you want.

two sworded guy, you can just stand right infront of where he stops each time he runs (on only one side), then jump over him, hit when he stops running, then he will automatically jump over you, and then run towards you again. hit, jump, hit jump, hit, jump, repeat... he's the easiest boss imo =P

This game is epic, music is friggin awesome!
