  • Hey, it looks like you never go a response so in case you still needed a form critique:

    You're looking real good. You're doing everything essentially right. The only thing I'd suggest is that to bring the bar back up think about PUSHING YOUR HIPS FORWARD rather than just bringing your shoulders up.

    It's a subtle distinction that makes all the difference.

    Not that your form is bad because it's actually very good.
