  • Enjoyed the video. Science Fiction is a function of imagery manufactured in the mind. Why does the mind allow us to manufacture imagery that in many instances becomes a reality. Space travel, stem cell research and cloning would have been good fiction reading for the Greeks. Who is to say what the truth is going to be in 5000AD.

  • I am a huge fan of science fiction, though not of Hubbards. I enjoy scifi, as you do, because it is interesting to scifi authors extrapolate the future...I especially enjoy Azimov's foundation series and its treatment of robots and society.

  • applied scholastics does not promote any evidence based methods. Rather, they promote a system that discourages independence and discovery. Heuristic learning has been proven by numerous studies to increase learning, and Applied scholastics is the opposite. It discourages heuristics, and in fact seems to be intent on preparing a mind for being comfortable in an authoritarian system in which we must wait for others who know the answers to tell us.

  • By the way, has anyone noticed that all of the applied scholastics and many other pro-scientology videos have comments disabled or modified? If the programs are so good, why is that?

  • lol "goof the floof"

I never get tired of hearing that.

  • I wonder if it hurts when you goof the floof.

  • Applied Scholastics is the worst Scientology front group of them all because it targets young school age children and tries to teach them the terminology created by Lafayette Ronald Hubbard. L. Ron Hubbard came up with his own language which requires it's own dictionary to understand. In fact, it sets the foundation for these kids to grow up Scientologists.
