"Get the Hell out" is used when someone is very upset at someone and the word "Hell" is thrown in to add emphasis.

In this case the emphasis is actually on the word "Hell". It sounded clear that your kicking the "hell" out of your llife. Not kicking your life to the point of hell, but throwing hell out. It doesn't seem vulgar to me. Perhaps however it's because I am just jaded and vulgar.
