Rocket launch experiment in Physics

a brief explanation for this experiment:
A bottle which is connected by a hose to a pump is filled some water. As the pressure increases inside the bottle as we pump the potential energy finally is conserved to a kinetic energy. Thats why we see something going up in the air:)

we wanted to see how an angle depends on vertical velocity of a bottle and how far would it land depending on the law of Newton's law of universal gravitation.
