This is my 2nd Intermediate level entry to MadamLuck's MEGA Nail Art Contest. Inspired by the colors and shapes of the Art Deco period I came up with this beautiful design.This is a fantastic look for prom, with a classic black dress these nails will really be a stand out in the crowd.
