awesome shoes, I have had them for many months and now I will wear nothing else. It actually hurts to put normal shoes on now (no wonder kids at young age want shoes off). These make your feet stronger because they use more muscles that you normally dont with normal shoes. Eaze into them because you have to build those other muscles up you use a totally diffrent running stance with them.

i live in the mountains in colorado, and i honestly think that they are quite helpful at helping to keep the bottom of my feet warm while im wearing my five fingers, but if i step in snow then my feet are still really cold. but i am getting used to it the more i use them in the cold.

FiveFingers are amazing, great for performance - especially in shorter (5K) races. My personal favourite is the KSO.

Has anyone seen that the previous CEO of Vibram, Tony Post has announced plans to release a new line of shoes with his new company 'ToPo Athletic'. They are similar to the FiveFingers - except more like a 'ninja' split-toe design.

c) by definition wearing these means you ARE NOT running barefoot - it simulates barefoot running while providing protection
