Up for sale! My 1971 MGB. About to move and start grad school, so it's time for the MGB to find a new home. This really is a great car. Was stored since 1984, and I've been working on restoring it occasionally for about a year or so. It does drive and passed safety and emissions last year. BTW, there is a hissing sound while the engine is choked. That goes away once the choke is released. The Mikuni 44PHH doesn't actually have a "choke" but a start jet, which may make it sound differently. The clutch is solid, and it shifts easily through all gears. I drained and replaced all fluids in the car.
I had a 1971 in 1971. The Lucas wiring (Prince of darkness) was horrible !!! You would turn on the headlights and the wipers would go on !!! LOL
I really loved the car though.
