Every one wants to hate on Nolan North for voice Nathan Drake in all his voice acting. No one wants to admire that fact that not only is this the opposite of Nathan Drake, but he's also doing a good job of voicing it.

See what confuses me is that Penguin is supposed to be a classy kind of villain wearing top hats and such. Then I thought this might be rocksteady's version of him. However that is incorrect when in fact there's a poster of even a casing of Penguin's gear in Arkham Asylum showing that he is suppose to be classy. But he just seems plain angry and clever here rather than having his high class accent he's suddenly rough and british, with no top hat and hardly any ounce of class, makes no sense.
