Sanieh - Summer Flabotage Tip #4

Sanieh is an ambassador for the Austin, Texas lululemon athletica. With deep roots nurtured from inspired years of study with Shiva Rea, Sanieh embodies a unique understanding of teaching a very fluid, strong, sensual and organic, "full-bodied" yoga. Her evolution of practice inspires creative sequencing of classes with a fresh, grounding execution of encouraging and facilitating spaciousness and expansion.

Sanieh has worked with athletes of all sorts including ballet dancers, MMA fighters, fire fighters, cross-fitters, professional football players, and Olympic track runners. Her clients have ranged from house wives to academy award winning actors, to corporate businesses and children.
