My Last Fag

Why I've stopped smoking. Note: "fag" is Brit-speak for cigarette. I really should have written a script (or at least notes) because I ran out of ideas too soon. ;-) This takes as long to watch as it used to take me to smoke a cigarette.

Hi :) Its jase from the no-smoking forum where you've just posted your 500th day of NOT SMOKING post, I just want to ensure this achievement is correctly acknowledged on this video as testament that you, your method of quitting, and your resolve is an inspiration!! I've been quit for 1 month as of 11pm tonight (8/8/2009), and i am glad i found your post and indeed this youtube vid you made.
