Note not to cover up the ambient light / proximity and accelerometer sensors when putting adhesive on the frame or the screen wont switch off when held to face during a call.

hey man i was wondering if the digitizer aka the screen will work without the frame bezel thing cause i tried it and it wasnt working and the ribbion cable was on right it jus wasnt working cause im glueing it on to the frame tomarow and i dont want to if its not gonna work

The digitizer on the old one can't even be removed. Honestly, don't buy just the glass it's a waste of time. Get the digitizer + glass you'll save yourself time and money.

does anyone know if theres a company or if apple repairs the glass? i would reather let them do it :( lol
i just bought the 3gs 3 days ago and already damaged :( sucks

Are you saying i can just heat the front of my iphone and take the glass straight off with out having to pry the phone open?
