If I live out in the suburbs or the inner-city, regardless, it is not ethical or constitutional to require me to pay for the education of someone else's child that didn't plan like I did & instead had 5 or 6 kids with no Dad(s) around & no job to support them. I agree that everyone should love & help one another, but the government has no right to REQUIRE or MANDATE that because someone else made bad decisions that your family must suffer the burden of those costs.
