It will not crush a human because humans are 3/4th liquid and liquid cannot be compressed.

@wetwillydude No we should be exploring both. Maybe one day we will be able to send a ROV to one of the Moons in our solar system and look into a ocean. A few are believed to maybe have one deep in the ice.

unbelievable. also unbelievable, is the pressure these things are under. would crush a man to death in under a second if say the dude piloting the submarine thing would just open his hatch or something.

ROV is unmanned but connected to and controlled from the surface via an umbilical containing copper wires and optic fibres. My company uses ROVs rated to 4000m but some can go deeper.
