Ba Fan Shou 1 - 八翻手 - 抱拳挣锤

Ba Fan Shou - These Ba Fan Shou sets are by descendants of Wang Xinwu who studied with Liu Enshou and Xu Yusheng (students of Liu De Kuan). Since Wang Xinwu was a Taijiquan practitioner (Wu Jianqian lineage) and his disciple Li Yunlong was a practioner of Xingyiquan (Li Zhenbang, grandsun of Li Luoneng).. the descendants have various power flavours borrowed...in this case the Xingyi influence is evident...although the movements are similar the energics divert from that of Ba Fan Men/Fanzi/Ba Shan Fan.
