Man I can not wait to get back to doing that kind of stuff I just had my surgery yesterday through a hamstring graft :p

@Aidan620 It finally did. It took me about 3 years for me to feel comfortable with it physically and mentally. Everyone heals different though. It probably won't take you as long.

Hey man this may sound stupid but whateva i streched my acl by 1.5 mm they say itll shorten again, but did ur knee every get as strong as it used to be?

did you do the physical therapy on your own? im 3 months post op btw.

@Hectorrskates For the first 2 months I went to a rehab clinic. After that I continued the exercises on my own to build my strength back. Im sure you are working hard to get your strenghth back, dont give up and you will be at full strenghth again as time passes.

Hey man, I Tore my acl Playing soccer 2 years ago, and im ready for the surgery getting it in May 2012. How long did it take you to actually be able to walk on it without crutches

@byOFX It took me about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to be able to get around without the crutches. Your surgery will go well and you will be getting around in a few short weeks with no problem. Hang in there man, peace.
