I work for TIME Sport USA, we are a subsidiary of TIME sport International in France. We have both independent and factory representative - depending on the state, to represent us.

I don't think Time has a "corporate" office in America. Their frames, etc. are sold through an importer much like Colnago was at one time. Now, Colnago deals directly with it's American dealers, not through a third party.. I think their image and customer service has improved.Time need to follow suit and do the same IMO.

Time makes the best carbon frames in the world, unfortunately, Time needs to follow Colnago, Orbea and Look and open a corporate office in America... The customer service needs to be second to none.
