It was easy to get my Husband to marry me, I just stoped having sex with him, we married a week later lol, but It was obvous I love him and Im not a modern woman so I suppose he felt safe

This is the reason why the marriage rate has gone done down,because men get the short end of the stick. When divorce time comes,ladies its your own falt that there are much less wedding bells in your future.

Marriage does not equate romance !!

Most guys (and gals) think it does. And, therein lies the problem. Marriage is certified by the state which makes it a business contract. Then, every business contract needs to have agreements (e.g. prenup)

I myself see no gain in the institution of marriage. I'm not anti-marriage. But, it does not make sense to me. Neither does it make sense to many of the men I know.

Ohh yeah. I've been married for 12 years..not fun. Marriage is only a symptom of love. Without love, there will be no marriage. I have no love, therefore I don't want to be married anymore. So once again, it's not marriage that's the issue, it's our own personal issues that tend to mess things up. As far as money, men overall, are cheap until THEY want something. Would you be with a woman who doesn't want to have sex? We all say, "If you love me, you would..."

i have to agree with others that marriage isn't in a man's best interest. women have all the legal advantages and sympathy from society if things go bad (even if they are the ones who cheat). america is becoming more anti-man every day! its all about the women and children now.
