@Zukure it depends on what type of imusic you have listened to. they categorize them into 10, 20 ,30... up to 100 that being the amount of exercise your brain is exposed to, actually more related to the frequency but I am not an expert. if you listen to something which gives you a 60 percent boost than of course you can't sleep.. it also depends on how you listen to music, the type of headphones. they say that this music doesn't need headphones and i wouldn't recommend the in-ear buds.

Most of musics are from known Composers such as Mozart, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, etc.

IF you people ask any doctor if listening to classic music increase the IQ, they will say is true. It´s a fact..because the notes in a piece can really interact with our brain, changing our mode according to the different pieces. TRY IT
