You know I think Glenn's general question in this segment "How does the average person prepare to go into battle with people who have never done anything but cry racist, witch!" strikes up a very good point that atheist have been pondering for a very long time now. How do you battle against religion? I am curious, though, why he wants to know.

That has got to be the world's most iditoic argument - people who call me out on my ridiculous crazy ideas are like drug addicts. Cmon who is this quack Ablow.

@wpferebee
Libertarian simply means that the federal government should be limited by what the constitution says its role should be. The fact that this opinion is considered extreme by most people in the US is evidence how how far to the left the country has moved. The US is on the same path as Rome was more than 1500 years ago, and I hope we don't end up in the same place.

@williambellor yeah all i meant is that pretty much all of those names on the chalk board are true except for the fact that hes a hard righter

@wpferebee
Who on the chalk board do you define as "hard right" and do you believe that hard right = Libertarian?
If not, please define "hard right".
Hard right is somewhat of a nebulous term which means different things to different people. I'm not sure if I agree or disagree with you yet, but believe that a little clarification of terms will help.

@williambellor i would not classify a libertarian as a hard righter. hard righter is just more of a general term like super conservative, strict conservative. what i see, from what i would consider a neutral stance between liberal and conservative, a hard righter would be anti gay marriage, pro death penalty, etc... Im not saying glenn beck is a hard righter. i was saying the only thing i disagreed with on that chalk board was the fact that he is a hard righter.

@wpferebee
I believe in the death penalty, but think it must be applied very carefully due to the fact that it is the one sentence that cannot be over turned once applied. I also believe that marriage is between a man and a woman, but would support a civil union law that would grant the same rights and responsibilities that come with marriage to gays.
I define hard right as no government and hard left and total government. Libertarian is as close to hard right as America gets!
