When Osama Bin Laden was killed in his hideout in Pakistan, all of my friends, and close family members were completely ignorant to believe that he should have been taken through an impartial trial like the 6th Amendment demands! A couple days later, two attorneys came to talk in our Civics class, and helped defend me on that someone has to "defend the undefendable."

I love the comments more than the vid. In the comments, we lean of the tragic failure of thinking (or not thinking) in the people replying. This thread is a affirmation of the lack of critical thinking in the vast majority of people replying.
Sad... more sad than the deaths of 13 people... because it represents the death of many more minds...

Wolf is an Ass, this lawyer wanted this case? I really feel for the lawyer, standing up for the justice system and becoming second only to Hasan as the most hated guy in the US.

there is a massive cover-up regarding this case. there were 2 other shooters whom we heard nothing about. this man needs a fair trial because he may just be a patsy. It takes more than just watching the MSM to get the news, one has to do hours of research to get an idea that there is a lot more to this story. i only hope he is able to speak and has the sound mind to say what really happened- somehow i doubt he will ever get that opportunity.

It consistently stuns me that Americans, including here Mr. Blitzer, are repulsed by the very notion of defending Hasan. Good gosh everyone, justice demands it. It is our responsibility as a free society.

The very fact that someone would be stupid and ignorant enough to ask the question Blitzer asks in this video is what troubles me. Nowadays everyone seems to wander around with their heads up their asses, completely ignorant of our constitutional system and the legal procedures and customs that emanate from it. I understand that lately, for some fucked-up reason, it has become trendy and fashionable in this country to be a fucking idiot, but Blitzer really took that to the next level here!
