Minibus mounted on bollard!!!

You just have to chuckle but my sympathy went out to this bloke initially as I see the van stranded in St Katherines Dock area in Wapping, London....
I done the goodwill bit, as I had over an hour until job I had to be on, so pulled over to help him and see exactly what he'd done... (!)
... He claims an oncoming bus and forced him to steer to the left, and somehow he had clipped then completely mounted the bollard on the junction in the video... Problem being the van had literally completely mounted the bollard to the extent there was about 5 to 6 inches of the top White coloured section under the body work of the bottom of his minibus..
A traffic warden that also had stopped gave him a telephone number for a Vehicle Recovery company, but they were talking in excess of £400+ to lift and move.
I really felt sorry for him to be honest for the 15 or 20 mins or so I was trying to help him, but at the point were I really couldn't do or say any more to help him i said my
Goodbyes to him to which he didn't even have the manners to thank me for stopping, so I felt only fair to humiliate him further and record post this video as I got back in my van for others to chuckle in astonishment at his stupidity!!!
