Trish Barnard talks about a unique Aboriginal basket made in 1897 by Kalmakuta. Kalmakuta, also called Alma Turner, was from the Joondoburri people of Bribie Island.

  • A very skill handcraft. Interesting. I saw an exhibition of Aboriginal baskets at the Melbourne Museum some years ago. I found it quite fascinating.
