  • Wow... look at the original air date.

    Quite prophetic.

    Niall is beyond genius.

  • Fascinating. Niall Ferguson shows amazing insight into the future. It's also interesting to see where he was wrong.

    My thoughts:

    1) Well meaning liberal democracies will always fail at policing violent corrupt countries.

2)The cultural confidence of China matters as much as it's economic power.

3)The United States has wasted it's inheritance though an orgy of borrowing.

    Thanks much for the upload!

  • ferguson is a fucking imperialist cunt, a vulgar propagandist

  • He's either the smartest mutha fucker in the room - or he's getting his card marked by his Bilderberg buddies.

  • Now i have observed that Ferguson's sight is so deep and sharp without blinking even once when he talks.

  • This eerily foretells his support of Bush's invasion of Iraq. Ouch!

  • awesome interviewer!

  • at the end there he says that the US targets countries that are likely to produce terrorist. l dont think he agrees with that, hes just making the point that they do. but in any case it isnt true that terrorist have any lenience to any country. They simply hide in the shadows of countries that will tolerate them and then move on. Also there is plenty Anti American sentiment within its own boarders.

  • @malma1 Confusing him with Chomsky.

  • @malma1 Chomsky sucks. Niall is a genius.

  • Anyhow

Well done Ferguson, refreshing coming from a well educated Scotsmen, truly a people whome do not mince there words and give it straight, same with the Irish.
