    If you can't do normal pushups, then you're going to have a very difficult time pulling the inclines off. The incline pushup is a step up from normal pushups. What I suggest you do, is start on your knees, and once you start getting arm strength, then switch to normal pushups.

  • is this a good way to get better at doing push ups atm i cant do push ups on the floor i have no arm strenght i guess so if i where to do incline pushs like 3-4 sets of 10 incline push ups will i get stronger?
