Sweet was a Doctor who work with a group of scientist to try and improve the world. They had hopes for a better world, but one of their experiments went seriously wrong. In the aftermath of the blast, Sweet hoped to used his skills to help the survivors, but the radiation from the blast soon began to alter him physically...and mentally. Disfigured, demented and despaired, He now spreads diseased instead of curing.
Aligning himself with the mafia, he uses his vast knowledge to advanced of the mafia position and standing in this new world.
