  • @Jshect You wont get injured with weights like this, unless your joints is made of glass.

  • @zkyggen You'll wish you were a pussy too and didn't do that exercise, with those fast jerky movements, when you get injured and are side lined for 5 monthes. If you are in great shape and are an advanced bodybuilder try it. Otherwise do the whole routine using slow controlled movements instead of lighting fast movements.
