From my perspective as an European, I've seen bullying tactics and trolling in vlogs on DVTV and ASL Rocks, so this was why I removed myself from these sites, back in 2009/2010. So your point is not new. Seriously, these deaf vlogging websites need to be better moderated. On the other hand, Deafcube seems well moderated, from what I see.
DVTV and NAD... That, I couldn't possibly comment on, as that's an American issue.

@NativeWarrior76 I'm moveing them upwards from a closed deaf society away from dependency. And it's working. Current stats gone from 1.2% sign users to 1% of the entire deaf population.
