  • Thanks for sharing the source.

  • Are there dwarf peach trees?

  • @caholaway I am sure there are. When we put the orchard together we could not find dwarf peach trees at the time. We have so many trees we have not bothered to add peach. Never know though in the future we might.

  • NICE, NICE, NICE! would it be easier to do potted rather then in the ground? i dont have much of a green thumb and i love plants and veggie gardens and i want so much to have plants!

  • @kellydjelly If we had the soil we might have planted dwarf trees in the ground. Our soil is so rocky that was impossible. We wanted an orchard so badly that we decided we would try containers. This is our 3rd year and the trees are doing very well. Soon I will be posting a video on this years cherry crop. Thanks for asking!

  • thank you for sharing. Will your dwarf trees ever outgrow the container? Or do dwarf trees generally do well in containers. I'm going to try this, this really looks like fun and addicting.

  • @Magesandrogue Glad you enjoyed the video. We are in our 3rd year with the trees. The blooms are strong and hopefully we will have a bumper crop this year. At this point the trees are doing well in their containers.

  • If you want dwarf peach trees, I think Stark Brothers has them.

  • @Empresspublishing welcome! and i'll be looking foward to your new posts.

  • @hollybearyhaleystar The trees were 1-2 years old when we purchased them. They produced a small crop the first year. The second year the apples produced at least 30#s. The pears will do better this year because we are going to hand pollenate them. Big mistake last year not doing that. The cherries just keep increasing in their production each year. Have fun with a potted orchard! Judy
