  • thanks i really needed this cuz i run track and i have pulled my groin twice. and im almost back to full health, ill make sure to get one of those bands and stretch b4 practice or a meet. im a sprinter by the way, 100/200

  • is it a solid rope or a bungee cord?

    i guess either one would have their advantages...

  • i know i cudnt do the 1st stretch....
