Legendary Polish Black Metal

The Celtic Winter, demo 1994

Line up:
Rob Darken- Guitar, Vocals, Synth
Karcharoth- Drums

Lyrics:
Thousand of fallen angels
Rows of condamned souls
Black riders of abyss
Beast of haired and cruelty
We arrive on the chariots of fire
We sign our way by the fire and death
Sun of Darkness leads us
Everlasting lust of sin
Hands ot the dead beat the kettle-drums
Damned sound of black trumpets
Tramp of horrified horses
and sinister knocking of Devil's hooves
Red, fiery eyes
fangs, claws and fire from the mouth
Mayhemed wings, bleeding in fight
Cobweb in hair and wind...
We kill, crush, burn
We trace the escaping day
and hideous condemned sun
At everlasting war
between light and Darkness
Creators of night-Gods of Darkness
They buried us alive
They killed our feelings
Now we are the same
We come with nocturnal wind
and red, bloody fog
Black banners with effigy of him
Red flags-hues of hell
Hordes of cruelty and chaos
Emperor of unlife's forces

  • I just have to laugh at "PerversionOfHate" and his two petty comments. And to even stretch it as far as saying a lot of BM bands and fans laughs at Graveland, it becomes clear that he and his friends really have no idea of what black metal was all about back in the 90s at the second wave of bm. That being said; Graveland manages to bring fourth such an intensity in the already atmospheric sphere around their songs with no equals, except Burzum and Summoning. Those three bands are my favourites..

  • agreed.

  • too trve for the world... that is real polish national socialist black metal... haha... that is so cheap... ´´uhh i´m trve because every body on the earth is scared of me´´ thats the only meaning of black metal...PROVOK...

  • What does Graveland and Rob Darken have to do with anything you just said? If you actually read anything the man has said, you would at least no a little more about what you're talking about. He believes in a supreme race running the world and restoring the old beliefs of paganism and ritualism. He is entitled to them and his music is the main point here in this video. I never said anything about supporting him I simply put the video u because it is a good song.

  • And SERIOUSLY, stop going around like a know-it-all of black metal or something because you're a fucking idiot who simply must show their knowledge and I already see it coming- you calling me an "elitist".
