Playing bass line and chord with Roland Gr-20 (controled by Boss GT-10B)

This is my second video which continue from the video named "The linkage of BOSS GT-10B to ROLAND GR-20 ".
It's about the easy technique that I often uses to play chord and bass line together. Because I found the problem when I played with member-limited bands, such as a band consist of 3 instruments; bass, guitar and drum. While a guitarist plays solo melody, we lose anyone playing chord.

At the end of the video, I applied this technique with a song called Kaze No Shonen of T-square (album Spirits)

Hi great vid!!! i have a question though, i just bought the Gr20 and i wanna use it with my Bass Guitar.i want my bass guitar to sound like a tuba, I have the gk-3b pick with my ibanez 6 string bass, but for some reason i cant get this to work right, it plays the sound but not presicesly, like some strings it doesnt get them it doesnt pick them up quite well then also the sound is also delayed like i play the note and the sound comes out a bit after can anyone help me???
