Ocampo to see Kenya case through

The International Criminal Court prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo has spoken out over planned his move to hand to the ICC pre-trial chamber 20 names of suspected perpetrators of the 2008 post-election violence in Kenya. And as Ocampo spoke, justice minister Mutula Kilonzo said Kenya has inflicted upon itself the ICC process. Jane Kiyo reports.

OTIENDEOYUGI: Oyoyak is very angry. You are right about generalized condemnation. Nonetheless, there is a pattern about Mutula Kilonzos political behaviour that is very disturbing. Remember, he is an advocate of President Moi, and is actually comparable to Hoseah Kiplagat or even worse, yet the Justice Minister. Mutula Kilonzos obsession with and enthusiasm about The Hague are very suspect. He shouts loudest against and has no respect for the Prime Minister Raila Odinga, because he is a Mjaluo.

Oyojak why would this amount to tribal calling? Can you name for me one failure you attribute to Mutula as a Minister for Justice?
