A moving and eye-opening video that aims to create awareness of the number of children in the UK who are in desperate need of an organ transplant to save their lives. Set to a beautiful backing track, this slideshow highlights the plight of the children who die each year due to the chronic shortage of organ donors, in the hopes that more people will be motivated to sign up to give the Gift of Life to others

  • Nice video.... Please feel free to subscribe to our SAVE8 channel and stay tuned to our latest videos about the power of saving up to 8 lives by becoming a registered Organ Donor.

    Thank you.

  • The little video I added as a response is our grandson little Max yesterday. He had his third procedure last October so still waiting for a new heart one day. Two weeks ago Max got a baby sister, Lily, so he is a big brother now with everything to live for. In the video Max is the baby following the little girl wearing a hat and scarf.

  • Thanks for reaching out. I am a survivor. This is what I do to honor my donor's legacy. See. Organ donation Serge Vaillancourt, right here on YouTube. Wishing you long healthy, prosperous lives.

  • i donated my right kidney to my friend in 1982 and thank the Lord he's just fine, and i feel so wonderful because saving a life....well,there's nothing like it :) :) :)

  • LOVE the video..I know several of the kids on there...My son had a liver transplant and is doing great! God bless the donors!

  • Great video! "What do we live for, if it is not to make life less difficult for each other." By being an organ donor, we can even give the gift of life when we die. We especially honor organ donors. Jeannie gave her kidney to Sheila Shaw who now inspires thousands of patients to live their lives to its fullest despite chronic illness. It's funny how we are all truly connected.

  • God bless all the organ donors...
