  • macs are pcs btw.

  • @Anon12356

Agreed, they always were and are even moreso today, but if we're going to be pedantic then Apple products are not constrained to the Mac.

Apple itself draws the distinction between Mac & PC because PC implies other things about the architecture and software, even if most Macs are essentially identical to a PC now w.r.t. electronics hardware.

  • hey How do you create addons for Celestia on a mac does any one know?

  • Celestia User's Manual read by Ringo Starr

  • @diddlman I give clear instructions in the video on finding this, but really you claiming there's malware doesn't make it so. Some packages consider cookies spyware and false alarms are common. You have gone from spyware to viruses. Please calm down and avoid disinformation and digest the earlier reply.

Google Celestia, and click on the top Celestia:Home link. If you find malware the problem is probably on your end.

  • @diddlman That's unlikely. There are several possibilities, you tried a dodgy site for teh download, there is a false alarm, the spyware software has a concern about a feature in the software, your browser and environment is compromised and a payload was injected into your download or the software has been pwned.

Spyware could mean atracking cookie, be discerning. Celestia is a major open source software project, it's not some fly-by-night download with malware.

  • @vaju79 No. Know why? Because the Universe doesn't. But you can check it in the Sci-Fi download section.

  • @dorbie

    Yeah lol :p
