  • Oh its so not safe to use human waste for food production! To kill the pathogens an extended amount of time (1 to 2 years) and high heat must be achieved decompose properly and safely.

  • We only ask that parents home compost the wet gRefills, not the poopy ones. Human urine is sterile and nitrogen rich, perfectly acceptable in home composts.

  • I also use a bucket with oxy clean. however, I use a smaller container or an old wipe container. I use an old toothbrush to get the sides clean. It works like a charm.
