Hey great grocery finds! I don't do much processed foods, never really have ... I know some of the girls at work love the prepackaged frozen meals...and it does given them controlled portions with very precise nutritional info so that's definitely a plus. I hope you have a great day! I love my scale... I bought it walmart a while back ... it's a bodyfit scale and I find it's accurate...and unlike some digitals I've tried ..if I weight several times in a row I get the same wt. Take care!

Great finds! I will have to check my local grocery stores for some of them. I'm a full time student, so on-the-go meals are very interesting to me, but most of them have terrible nutrition info! As for a bathroom scale, I got one a while back from Walmart. Not the most high-tech, but not the basic one either. It's digital and dead on with my doctor's scale! I want to say it was 20-30 dollars.
