Is that a custom light? I don't see that one on their website. LED or Plasma, not one with both.
-
Yeah... "Plant research".... growin dubage.

@ChameleonGrowSystems I figured that after watching that one guy you let experiment with 6 plasma lights, would have done better with 4 lights on a light mover but a little closer to the plants.

@DrBudman1 Dude, fuck Chameleon. I use HydrogrowLED in exactly a setup like yours and pull 2.5lbs on a bad grow using 720W. Plasma is just a supercharged CFL. They can elaborate on their little engineering differences all they want. Conceptually, I'm right. LED's are the future. You don't need plasma. And no HGLED isn't paying me, they're just the best. Period. Every other light, including those from other LED makers, is inferior. And my dick is bigger than these buds.

@kocfkocf that and 11% would be well within the normal statistical variation in an experiment involving plants. 11% difference is meaningless to this small of a sample size. The next round could easily have 11% less THC.

Looks good. And very interesting!

these were built for plant research

We have discovered that the best way to apply plasma technology is on a light mover as the light pattern is tighter than conventional lighting. I have a great picture that I can send you. Please contact me at: Chris.Pieser@ChameleonGrowSystems (you have to add the .com to my email address). We also have four of these units working at our facility in Norther California I can share with you if you wish.

Thank you for your appreciation Dr. B, we built this light as an experimental platform and still are using it for plant science but it is way too expensive to produce. The LED panels in this model had three colors of red to augment the plasma. We have redesigned the arrays to have seven different colors of red and will be offering it as a stand alone unit to augment plasma or any other light source,

not just growing MMJ, no longer in production, was using for plant science

Hello and thanks for your comments. These units were actually built for research and are no onger in production. We will be releasing a LED unit that will supplement the red spectrum for plasma and any other grow light. Should be available by the end of the year.
