  • Uh isn't your hip flexor in the front of your legs, not directly over your hips? good exercises though, even though if a personal trainer doesn't know much about human anatomy it makes me worry about if he really knows what he's doing.

    coaches and athletes feel it increases ability to have a long stride, which is associated with good sprinting. so lots of people seem to think yes, try it.
