An introduction to Nate & Heidi, the owners of The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen, a gourmet grilled cheese restaurant opening in San Francisco's South Park neighborhood this spring. This video is a submission to Vertical Response's New Deal contest. We are a start-up small business and we're very excited to be a part of this competition; and we're especially excited to be Vertical Response's neighbors here in San Francisco.
