@crazypat523 Nice attempt at sarcasm. The thing is that we're supposed to be BETTER than the people that behead and fly planes into buildings.This country bans torture for a few reasons: It's inhumane, it's barbaric, it's uncivilized, it's low, it doesn't get any good information.
The Japanese can torture suspects, hold them for 20 days with no reason. Usually within those 20 days they get a confession. Usually it's so the torture will stop.

torture is commonplace in the US military ... america will always shift the blame and say something like "yeah but what would the iraqis or afghans do " but i think any aggressive invading force should have no rights what so ever and deserve everything they get

within seconds even CIA agents tap out,from waterboarding, imagine goin half an hour, this is torture, they admit that people will say whatever they need to say in order to end the torture, than they turn around and tell us what they said, they do some pretty messed up things to people, it may not be us citting off figers and all but this is much worse, psychological torture, it is known to work 99% of the time, so you tell me, is it interrogation? it was used in the inquisition, and in cambodia
