Too fast and definitely calisthenics for kids in India. I like some of his adaptations and positions, but his adjustments means feeling the MILFS in his classes. That's not too good. Look for Santiago Dobles in Miami or Andre Lappa for high end yoga.

Duncan's adjustments will advance your yoga by many years. That's what you should concentrate on, advancing your own practice. Nobody gives adjustments like him. I guess this kind of gossip into his personal life is proof, that he really is a rock star.

Slander will catch up with you, jungletar. It's probably one of the more damaging karmic laws under proper speech. Body, Mind and Speech - you should learn discipline. Did Master Wong hurt your delusional feelings? You should've said something and seen Duncan at his very best. Mind your own business - Duncan's got his covered.
