    65°C @ normal clock! Thats 2 high! Now i have the Scythe Ninja 2 Coller @ 3.4 Ghz and 47°C Max!!

  • Yes it will handle the heat...

    This is certified to handle overclocks from Intel Core 2 Extreme Processors...whereas the Zalman 9700 isn't certified to cool Intel 2 Quad (even though it can)

    On u turn i would buy a Zalman 9700, a scythe ninja or better a watercooling sys Zalman Reserator 1 (cost about 280-320$, 180-220€)
