Well as I said in the video, I missed three days of Insanity. There goes my goal of 100% completion without missing anything but what can I do?

Give up? Hell no!

I'm just picking up where I left off which was Day 25s workout - Cardio Recovery.

The Shaun T Insanity home workout program is nothing to take lightly - Dig Deeper!

  • whick one do u recommend more

    P90X or insanity?

  • @idk1489 I'll send you a message to an article I wrote which will go into detail on that question for you. Check your Youtube inbox

  • Would you say that this was a success or not? Because i am looking to buy this video and if its not worth it then i wont.

  • @fignewton9000 If you want a lean, ripped, endurance built body. Insanity is the way to go. It's more cardio and will help strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system like nothing other.

  • Ha,Jay. I 'm intersted in buying Px90, but I'm also curious to find out how many exercises are on one disc. Do u use that one disc for that certain body part for 90 days, or is there another disc for that body part.

  • Yeah you pretty much do one muscle group or group of muscle on each disc. The resistance discs usually follow with Ab Ripper but the cardio disks like Kenpo are just the kenpo workout. Some of the resistance disks focus on similar muscle groups, for example you will do bicep curls on a couple different disks.

  • wow...you're looking alot leaner and ripped. way to go. like the new buzz cut.

  • Just finished my first week! Down to 14% body fat!

For anybody who's wondering about the difficulty of this program, I spent the first 5 days in complete soreness from the obliques down. Especially in the thighs, hip flexors, and glutes.

It was almost impossible to get a good workout in by Day 3 cause my muscles kept spasming, but I managed to push through the pain.

The only things I must stress is STRETCHING and a healthy diet rich in protein!

  • So i know you said yo stopped doing it for a bit and u're getting back on it or something (as at this video anyway) but i wanted to say that something clearly happened to you between when you shot the day 1 fit test video and this one. I watched this right after that and had to go back. i paused the 1st vid and 0:37 and then looked at the 1st 30secs of this video. Your are seriously more ripped wow!

  • @dude04345 hey can u send that 2 me 2 or giv me a link

  • @TheInuyashaFan917 ME TOO , and the insanity asylum, lol

  • hey im doing p90x and want to get insanity, i do parkour and free runing so will insanity help me with this

  • @idk1489 I pirated both of them lol

  • I was intrested in insanity because you dont need any weights ect. But hearing how some lose muscle mass because its mostly cardio iv been giving it 2nd thoughts. People mention P90x for some weight loss and muscle gain (which is more me) but i dont have the $ to buy all the weights and stuff id need. Suggestions?

  • @idk1489

I went with insanity cause I didn't want to go out and by any weights etc. I'm on day 9, and yea I agree with everyone else with being at this point. First 3 days my muscles were so dam sore, but I did the work out dvds a 2nd time through, I could totally feel a difference.. It works, you gotta push..

  • what happens if your not in good shape and do intensity?

  • @dude04345 hey can you send me that link too please. Thank you!

  • @idk1489 If you're not quite in shape but want to get in shape, buy P90X. If you're already in good shape but want to get into great shape, buy Insanity.
